Checking listings

Every few minutes we check the property sites we watch for new listings and price changes that match your filter.

The email digest

You get one email, not one per listing — matches from the last few minutes are grouped into a single readable message.

"Removed / possibly sold"

When a listing disappears from a site, we mark it removed. We detect disappearance, not a sale — it may have been taken down, rented out, or just hidden for a while. That's why we never say "sold".

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also request to unsubscribe from your account page at any time.
